Purple Glow is committed to providing high-quality services to its clients with every purchase of the eyewear products. We also understand that in some cases, you may want to return the product. However, to do so, we have created this return policy for the users so that they can read along the policy and proceed with the returns accordingly.
- Customers can return the product within 14 days of the purchase/receiving of the product. The cases must be undamaged when returning and must be sent back in its original packaging. The packing in which it will be sent should be unworn and undamaged too.
- International customers have 14 days from the time of delivery to return the product. If sent after this time, we may have to refuse the return.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all return items reach PurpleGlows in a saleable condition AND to cover the return postage and insurance costs.
- Please note that we do not accept liability for any goods that are damaged or lost in transit during the return process.
- Please also return a copy of the order delivery note or invoice with the product (s) with a clear explanation as to why goods are being returned.
- We would like you to email us the pictures of the damaged product before sending the product itself so that we can approve or disapprove the return accordingly.
- If something is wrong with the product, then PurpleGlows will be liable to cover shipping costs, if nothing is wrong with the product, and the user still returns the product then the customer has the responsibility to pay for the shipping.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods if there is a fault or damage to your product(s).
