Returns and Refunds

To make a return in accordance with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, simply call us or email us so that we can assist you better. 

Once you have the label or specified code for your product(s) return (we will provide this over a call) you may ship your item(s) back to us as soon as possible so that we can initiate your refund process.

Purple Glows is committed to providing high-quality services to its clients with every purchase of our products. 

We also understand that in some cases, you may want to return a faulty product.


Asides our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, a maximum of 14 days is allowed for the return of a FAULTY product in accordance with the conditions below, afterwhich Purple Glows will not cater to any returns or refunds;


  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods if there is a defect.


  • Customers in the U.S should return the faulty product(s) within 14 days of purchase . 


  • The product(s) to be returned must not be damaged and it must be in its original packaging. 


  • The packing must not be worn or damaged. 


  • International customers have 14 days from the time of receiving the product to return it. If sent after this time, we may have to refuse the return.


  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all return items reach Purple Glows in a saleable condition AND to cover the return postage and insurance costs. 


  • Please note that we do not accept liability for any goods that are damaged or lost in transit.


  • Also, return a copy of the order delivery note or invoice with the product(s) with a clear explanation as to why goods are being returned.


  • We would like you to email us the pictures of any faulty product(s) before sending it back so that we can approve or disapprove of the return accordingly.


  • If the fault is from Purple Glows, then we will be liable to cover shipping costs, but if the product is not faulty, and the customer insists on a return, then the customer has the responsibility of paying the shipping cost.



NOTE: Based on your banks and money handling institutions, you may receive your refund within 3-5 business days. 

However, we will try to refund your money as soon as possible after the initial inspection of the product.

So to avoid fraud or spams, we will first make sure that the product is actually faulty when claimed for a refund.
